Omaha Film Festival's Blurbs

About me:
The Omaha Film Festival (OFF) is an annual international film festival held in Omaha, Nebraska. Our Call for Entries is currently underway and the film categories are: Feature Films, Documentaries, Short Films, Animated Short Films and our newest category OFF the EDGE (Dark, Experimental, or Horror films longer than 25mins). You can also submit either your short (under 30 pages) or feature length screenplays for the screenplay competition.

The 2008 OFF Filmmaking conference included the talents of Jeff Kitchen, Lew Hunter, Jon Bokenkamp, Josh Stolberg, Tom Elkins, Mike Hill, and Shane Black.

The entry deadlines for the 2009 OFF will be listed very soon!

The cast includes punk legend Gene October of Chelsea who, along with enjoying a successful music career which spans some thirty years, has also appeared in films including Derek Jarman's Jubilee (1978) and Caravaggio (1986).
