OMBT were born at the end of 2006 in Matera (Italy). The band is the
result of the collaboration between three musicians that had played
together in another goth rock project. The distinctiveness of the
band lies in the construction of their songs, which move away from
the patterns of the pop song structure, though keeping a melodic
appeal. As a matter of fact, the songs present asymmetries in the
alternation of verses and refrains; changes of style which infuse a
sense of unpredictability and cohesiveness to the lyrics; a variety
of guitar voicing, but also a unique taste for the classic pre-refrains.
A physical distance separates the members of the band, who are
based in two countries: Italy and England. This distance has
constituted their ultimate feature in composition: the band is free
from any reciprocal conditioning and manages to build a new sound
without any compromise.
Their first CD "Tempting you" summarizes their philosophy and
invites the listener for a new set of challenges.

daily. 1000 different winds guide us: we won't stop until
the winds blow in a chaotic way...

Bio
Gli Oh, my beautiful trouble nascono alla fine del 2006 a Matera. Il
gruppo è frutto della collaborazione di tre musicisti che avevano
già suonato assieme in un altro progetto goth rock. La particolarità
del gruppo è nella costruzione delle loro canzoni, che cercano di
allontanarsi dagli stilemi della struttura del brano pop, pur
conservandone alcuni fattori come la melodia e l’appeal. I brani,
infatti, presentano asimmetrie nell’alternanza di strofe e ritornelli,
cambi di stile che gli infondono un senso di imprevedibilità ed
aderenza al testo, voicing di chitarre arpeggiate che arrangiano
i brani, ma anche i classici pre-ritornelli.
La distanza, anche fisica, che separa i componenti della band divisi
tra l’Italia e l’Inghilterra, è diventato il loro punto di forza dal punto
di vista compositivo: liberi da reciproci condizionamenti, i tre
riescono a costruire un sound nuovo e senza compromessi.
Il loro primo CD “Tempting you” riassume questa loro filosofia e
lancia una nuova sfida all’ascoltatore.

I raggi del sole ci hanno fatto soffrire oggi... Siamo nati ed abbiamo perso la vista.
Abbiamo la nostra coscienza, la nostra ombra che ci frusta
regolarmente. Ci guidano mille venti differenti: non ci
fermeremo mai finchè i venti soffieranno caoticamente....

Siamo oltre ogni missione, sistema, violenza e religione...

scherzi? mi fa piacere... tra l'altro, quella in cui scendi le scale e sei con gli occhiali è fantastica! mi sono sentito solo un po' "tagliato"... con le forbici! goditi la pianura, io la raggiungerò tra 3 giorni, back in the frozen North!

"METAL SIRENS" è un'idea molto recente nata dall passione per la musica,soprattutto metal accompaganta dalla voce femminile e da belle e carismatiche leadears,con qualsiasi tecnica vocale usata: dal canto moderno,al lirico,al growl,allo scream ecc.. Il nostro scopo è quello di creare una vera e propria community e un'agenzia di promozione per dare possibilità a tutte le giovani bands italiane con cantanti femminili di farsi conoscere e dire la propria nel vasto panorama female fronted bands. Il forum invita tutte tutte le persone che hanno voglia di informarsi di queste band emergenti e no, supportandole, avendo anche la possibilità di commentare le artiste del panorama musicale mondiale.
