We are a collection of young adults, ages 18-35, that share an interest in furthering the principles of Unitarian Universalism on our campuses, in our communities, and in our daily lives.

Virginia UU Community	Feb 9 2008 2:26 PM Calling on all Unitarian-Universalists to contact Myspace!!! Ask MySpace to add Unitarian Universalist!!! Our religion has been left out of the "background and lifestyle" section of the profile. There are several other religions listed that actually duplicate each other. I have been asking myspace to add UU for years and they have yet to update the list. I hope with your help and support via email we can encourage Myspace to officially add "Unitarian-Universalist" (or UU) to the list... It has many benefits for our community, we will be able to find and associate with other UUs around the world using the Myspace browse function, and that's just the tip of ice burg. Please read my blog (link below) where I have provided the MySpace direct email address and a link to a self explanatory screenshot of where UU should be added. UUC	Dec 15 2007 11:45 AM wots going on down south ?!?!? 'Winter Solstice Ball' @ UUC Thursday December 20th, 7pm Come early to sign up for OPEN MIC music, spoken word and poet slots. We will have an opening ceremony/fire circle to cast of the old year and look forward to the new. Opening Drum Circle to raise energy and occasionally throughout the evening - bring a drum, but some precussion will be available. Music - announced artists, Douglas Imbrogno/Casi Null, Doug will be playing some 'new trippy music', the SYNERGY COLLECTIVE, uplifting acoustic energy, Paul Epstein, fiddler with the Contrarians and singer songwriter, Howlin Perm-a-Kulture, (acoustic punk didj) Poetry - Dorian Tadzio, Holly Cross....... Admission by donation, or non perishable food items that will be donated to Covenant House. Dress: whatever you have on, tuxedos would be great though, capes, masks, painted faces and costumes even better !!! UUC, 520 Kanawha Blvd. West., just beyond magic island, on the right behind 3 evergreen magnolia trees.
