Good to hear that you're getting back into it. I have problems getting my laptop working right now or I'd have that remix kit to you :(.... BUT I'm working on a few new songs and one might be the album single,so I might switch the track on you.
I won't have time to prepare an area for you guys to play for the 4th party. However, I am having a Halloween party on October 27th and that would kick ass if you guys would want to play that.
