Omid Bahadori was born in 1972 in Isfahan (Iran).

He moved to Germany at the age of 12, where he currently still resides. At the age of 17 he discovered his interest for the Guitar and taught himself the instrument, by ear. Shortly after he started taking classes in Congas, Tombak and later Cajon and Framedrum. In the past few years Omid is known as a Guitarist and Percussionist with various Music Bands.

With his debut Album "Smooth Oriental", he connects as a singer, string instrumentalist and percussionist, to his Oriental roots with European and African impressions. After 20 years of stage experience with different musical groups, including " Rangin", Omid masters his work presented in this album. Sounds of World Music at its Best.

Unter www.luamar.info ist sie bestellbar, und bis zum 20.12. sogar versandkostenfrei! J CD-Release-Konzert am 6.12. im ‚Kleinen Haus’ in Dresden.
