no swine flu i hope? being sick suuuucks. it's finally warming up so the little ones aren't snot machines anymore. speaking of little ones, i just made something i think ari would eat. you can get all the ingredients from trader joes on the cheap:

1 package herbed pizza dough

pizza sauce of your choice--the one that comes in the giant can is cheapest and sugar free i hate that there's added sugar in most sauce!

baby spinach

bag of vegan frozen meatballs.

so...
get your muffin tin out. cut dough into balls that are big enough to stretch over the top of each tin hole with excess around the edge. about the size of your palm or smaller.

lay dough piece over the top, push a frozen meatball into the center and down into the tin. don't let the edges curl down though.

2 tsps. of sauce and a few torn spinach leaves are about all that fit into it. fold and pinch dough over the top to seal up edges.

bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

there, now she's eating biscuits with protein and vegis and they're cute and appealing for little hands.

i make them for bobby's work lunch.

i asked cliff's Japanese roommate if the suicide forest was the real deal. she said matter-of-factly that it was, everybody knew that's where people choose to go if they want to die. than she asked me if i was portugese...but that's another story. miss you!
