My Shabby Room	Mar 6 2009 2:58 PM Well...It's the weekend girls!!!! I truley hope you have a lovely, spectacular weekend. It's going to be in the 80's tomorrow. I can't wait!!!!! My 2 best friends and myself will be spending the day together to celebrate our birthdays. We are going to rummage through all the thrift stores in Lake Wales, Fl. and for lunch......we are having a picnic at BOK TOWER. All the seasonal flowers are in FULL bloom. The Azelas and the Camilas are all bursting with brilliant reds, pinks and whites. The thousands of acres of blooming sweet smelling Orange blossoms that souround Bok is undiscribable. The only sounds you here up on that hill is th chirping of the birds and squirls and of corse every hour on the hour the Tower bells will be ringing beautifully. It makes me tear up explaining all this to you you. I just wish all of you that kind of day tomorrow. The pictures below are of Bok Tower in Lake Wales where we'll all be tomorrow. Blue Star Woman!	Feb 27 2009 1:23 AM THE VIOLET FLAME The Violet Flame works by changing "vibrations". In physics, vibration is the speed of oscillation - the speed at which something moves back and forth. On the atomic level, vibration can be understood to be the speed at which electrons orbit around the nucleus of the atom. The violet flame works by changing vibrations on this level. Atoms are mostly empty space. The empty space between the nucleus and the electrons is where negative energy and karma can become stuck. When the atoms in our bodies and auras become clogged with this negativity, the electrons whirl slower and slower, and we begin to resonate more with negativity, and less with light - we have a lower vibration, and become less spiritual. The Violet Flame transmutes this negative energy. It does not simply surround and remove the energy, but transforms it into light.
