haha nahh dude, it's not bricked. everything works except phone and text messages, and safari/youtube/email only work on wi-fi (no sim). it's jailbroken but not unlocked, since 1.1.2 out-of-the-box's can't be unlocked yet unless i blow $100 on a sim unlock, but when 1.1.3 drops there's gonna be a free software unlock so that's what i'm waiting for. the GPS looks dope, but it's not precise so i hear, just finds the general area you're in.
yeah for real. its believed the 1.1.3 update for the iphone is coming tomorrow, and there's something in it that will allow 1.1.2 to be unlocked for any carrier (1.1.1 and below have been unlocked, apple changed up the iphones shipped w/1.1.2)(MINE).. so i've been stuck, jailbroken, basically with an ipod touch, so i'm fucking excited as hell if an unlock comes. if you're following me to this point, you should really get to jailbreaking your shit. NIGGAA.
