ONE DEAD THREE WOUNDED began in 1999 while founding members were still in High School. The band slowly developed and eventually independently released their first demo recording in late 2000. After the release of this recording, the band embarked on a short east coast tour and shared the stage with acts such as Bloodjinn, Season of Fire, and Remembering Never.
In 2002, ODTW independently released their second recording [the heroin demo]. Following the release of the heroin demo, the band played countless local shows with many of todays biggest hardcore and metal bands including Everytime I Die, Killswitch Engage, Bane, From Autumn to Ashes, 7 Angels, 7 Plagues A Life Once Lost, Twelve Tribes and many more. In late 2002, ODTW supported Kansas Citys Saved by Grace and Philadelphia's Dark Day Dawning on an east coast tour.
The band went on two short east coast tours and then signed to LoveLost Records to release their debut full length [Paint the Town] and toured the US in support of it.
In late 2005, ODTW signed a deal with the newly founded label, 1x1 Music. The band re-released their debut full length, Paint the Town, with the new label.
In July of 2006 ODTW released their second full length, Moving Units. The record has been praised by ALTERNATIVE PRESS MAGAZINE, WONKAVISION, DECEIBEL,LAMBGOAT.COM and PUNKNEWS.ORG.
Since the release, the band has supported such acts as HATEBREED, SICK OF IT ALL, BETWEEN THE BURIED ME and CHIODOS. As well as supported bands such as SHAI HULUD, DEAD TO FALL, TWELVE TRIBES and 100 DEMONS on national tours.
In November 2007, the band was put to rest in front of several hundred friends, family and fans at the First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia. The band's own imprint, Someday Something, has posthumously released the DVD entitled "Peace the Fuck Out". It's available for pre-order by clicking here:
