OZRadioMAG is a FREE Street press magazine available in shops, libraries, community centres around Australia (and now also in parts of Europe). It's an Australian Entertainment magazine with a strong focus on the 'Up and Coming' music scene in Australia. The magazine features reviews and interviews in Australian Entertainment, as well as a variety of Australian related articles. As our popularity grows, the Magazine continues to grow as well. Starting off as a small online Magazine in late 08, the magazine quickly took off in popularity in Australia (as well as the United Kingdom) especially after the first free printed street press.

Hey Mark thanks for letting us use the studio! What an amazing studio! Nothing beats getting away to the country for a weekend with your mates and bangin' out some tracks! we really enjoyed it alot. The set up is great down there, I think i'd be in there every weekend if i lived closer! Anyway I'm already looking forward to next time, in the mean time i hope doo wop betty doesn't drive you insane with its extreme catchyness!

we got the award for the whole set
its the same award that yelka got last year
how strange is that lol

we got a bunch of apra books valued at $150

but yeah 9 bands played

i think our prize was the equivelant of third placing
it went

APRA songwriting award: In Sol Inside

Runner Up: Grooveshot

1st Place: My Own Enemy


grooveshot won a BLADE guitar and some recording time

and my own enemy won like interviews and profiles in a bunch of mags and websites and recording time with 500 pressed copies.

Any advice on EQing them? It's all one track, so I can't really do any mixing - such is the life of improv using a looping box.
