The campaign agaisnt the recognition of faith-based arbitration in the UK was founded by Diana Nammi, an Iranian woman and the Director of the Iranian and Kurdish Women's Rights Organisation and other women of Middle Eastern and Muslim origin, in order to prevent the injustices of our home countries becoming commonplace in Britain, and to uphold the principle of equality before the law for all.
