HELP ME GET THE "WE NEED LIBRARIES"TOUR BACK ON THE ROAD!
As the wheels have literally come off my "We Need Libraries tour",my car was an MOT failure and had to be scrapped,I was trying to think up ways to raise the money to get another one and came up with this idea!!What I intend to do is write personal songs for people who want them,they will last at least 3 minutes and people will supply me with personal information they would like in their song,or supply me with information about a friend if they want to have one as a surprise present for them,Im limiting the project to 12 songs and charging £100 for each song,it will probably take me a week to knock each song into shape,so if they are wanted as a present they will be ready,recorded in a studio and delivered on CD or MP3,whatever the preference is, by ChristmasI had the idea as Im constantly writing songs to order or with a specific theme,like "We Need Libraries"Save The Bee's""Save 6 Music"Bring Back Top Of The Pops" and "Magic "Sam" which was written after the Chorley Magician requested it!if you havnt heard them all yet you can find them on here.. or on my One Man And His Beard soundcloud site where some are available to download for free!If you are interested in having a song written for yourself or for someone else as a present please email me at onemanandhisbeard@googlemail.com or on here and i'll send you my name and address where you can send me the £100 and the details you would like included in the song,and i promise you'll get it well before ChristmasYours David Gorton aka One Man And His Beard
