Not often do we get one DJ birthday to celebrate on a OMT night - but two...!! Elliot Castro & DJ Foliage teamed up last year for one of the best OMTs we held in the wee basement of Blackfriars pub, Merchant city. We got a blazin' fusion of Electro/Bassline/House/Breaks/Techno/Disco/80s/90s/2000s and the place was full to the brim. Welcome back for another blow out then...
Elliot has been known to DJ the unit parties as well as his mainstay at The Basement (Soundhaus) and own night Diversion. Opening his horizons to more and more Electronic music as well as gems from decades gone by, Elliot is a guaranteed crowd entertainer who raises the ante for his now infamous birthday party sets.
Castro will be joined by Foliage, the most booked guest we've brought to One More Tune land because frankly he's the shit! He's run shows on both Nu Breaks.com and Radio Glitch for too long now and it's his birthday too so get down early to witness some dirty vocals, crisp instrumental breakdowns and huge bass he brings. Elliot and Foliage go surprisingly well together (see the recent Radio Glitch sessions and Foliage's own club monster Sub Sessions in Tain) and will no doubt have The Arty in the palms of their hands again.
Define Define (Matthew & Ralph) are hosts who'll be doing their best to keep the birthday boys drinks topped up (after their sets of course) and keep the tunes flowing the whole night.
A Free pre-club will be held in the CCA bar on Scott St (the hill!) just before the night to kick things off. See you on the chequered floor...
