| Bio | Founded by castmember, director and producer Jonah Platt in the summer of 2007, One Night Stand: An Improvised Musical was formed to take the Edinburgh Fringe Festival by storm... Which we did! We have since performed sold-out runs at the Hudson Guild Theater and the Groundlings’ Theater in Hollywood, The Dirty South Improv Festival in North Carolina, and the Edinburgh Fringe Festival ’07 and ’08 including guest appearances on Breakfast With the Hamiltons, Jim Bowen: Look What You Could Have Won and Carnivale des Phenomenes.

About me:
One Night Stand is a completely improvised one-hour long musical. Yes, completely improvised--that includes the music, the lyrics, the characters, the choreography, the plot, the lines and anything else you can think of. Everything is made up entirely on the spot!
At the beginning of our show we ask for three things: the made up title of the show we're about to perform, a location in which you'd like to see the musical begin and the name of a song you'd like to hear sung at some point...
After that, if the fates smile upon us kindly, we concoct a thrilling and hilarious musical for you--never performed before and never to be performed again! It's a crazy ride, so hang on tight when you join us for our next One Night Stand!
