We are not from North Dakota. Neither of us have ever been there, nor do we know anyone who has been (that we are aware of.) We're also not that big on one night stands, although this is a personal preference, and sexual promiscuity can be just as much an aspect of a healthy lifestyle as jogging.
We started playing together as ONSIND in August '06, but we've known each other for years. Our first official practice was in Michael Griffin's living room, although he didn't live there yet. Our first gig was December 31st '06/January 1st '07, at Ellis Leazes.
This is a split with Ghost Mice from the USA/France/Earth. It has 2 songs by us and 3 songs by Ghost Mice, so that's 5 songs altogether (for all those budding mathematicians out there). It's released by Discount Horse records, and you can order it from them.
Our album is out now. It's called 'Dworkin's Bastards' and it has 10 songs on it. It costs £4. You can order it from Discount Horse records via their website. You can download it for free by clicking here
Also available from: Kiss of Death Records (USA) Broken Glasses (Europe) YoYo Records (Europe) Denovali (Europe)
We are midst selling out our roots. Alright guys, We are playing The Angel in Thurs 3rd Dec, would you lads like to come down? Bring PEOPLE! ha. 2 bands from Boro and Sativa, not sure how many people are gonna be there!
Don't want to rub it in or anything but ye the fest was awsome. And not the slightest bit wet, miserable or cold. Could have done with some ONSIND on the bill but apart from that... ye it was mint!
Our lack of a sayable acronym is one bee in my bonnet i cant quite get rid of, it haunts me to tell you the truth. Thankyou for the info on Ms Kelly, it seems to be quite a popular name if internet search engines are anything to go by. Also thankyou for your comments on our EP, I'm happy you liked it. And indeed, one day soon we shall see one another again! Loves, Elliotxxx
I played with you guys at the gig in Leamington a couple of months back and had Memoirs of a Dutiful Daughter in my head for a week. If you're ever anywhere near it would be wicked to gig with you again, give me a shout if you fancy it.
Hello ONSIND! How are things? Good, i should hope. I have a small question - which Kim Kelly is your friend? I did a sly google search - is it the Canadian Curler, the singer, or the one that works in the adult entertainment industry? Or even a third Ms Kelly, unknown to me and google? xxx
no plans so far... but i might think about it... you're always welcome! would be awesome to have you here, even just for a few days... so what's up in durham? how's everyone doing? you and jenny, daniel, gary? honestly, i was thinking about booking another tour for you today.. but it was just an idea.. the last time it didn't work out cuz i was too busy and.. well, i still am, but i miss seeing you live, i miss being on the road with you and most important: i miss you... so maybe somewhere in the future...??? what do you think?
