Formed in late 2007, the remaining members of the Jenny Death Letter(2006), Rooster Quid, J. Karnage and Dan Flores, regrouped with bassist Sitizen Kane and Derrick Reyes to form the band "One Punch Machine Gun". The name, One Punch Machine Gun (or 1PMG) derives from Guy Ritchie's film "Snatch" and also embodies the description for their fast-paced musical hard hitting style. .... In April of 2009, drummer Derrick Reyes decided to leave the band for personal reasons. Shortly after, Dan Flores and the remaining members of 1PMG decided to part ways and end their partnership. The band wishes them well in all their endeavors. .... As of August 2009 after countless auditions, 1PMG auditioned drummer Salvatore "the Savior" Grande and since have not turned back. His amazing footwork and cohesiveness connected with the bands style of play. Soon after they met with young talent Chris "Raven" Jimenez, who assumed the role of second guitarist from November 2009 until July 2010. .... Their highlights over the past year have been finishing their first EP Album "Baptism Under Fire", preforming at the Great American Music Hall, Slim's, Zeum Theater, and Broadway Studios in San Francisco. Other highlights include opening for Stephen Pearcy(Ratt) at The Roxy in Hollywood, being featured and interviewed numerous times in YourMusic Magazine, and playing Mistress Juliya's Slave To The Metal Music Festival 2010. .... 1PMG is currently working hard to make their mark on the SF music scene and expand their music nationally.
