Crappy spy thrillers, performance art, comedy, inventing games similar to paper scissors stone or anything involving numbers
Music
Obviously, so I read, things which spacio-mathemetically mirror the pattern of my brain's neurone connections. It's a fascinating idea and seems to be born out in music/brain scan studies. Some classical tracks, when broken down, show the same 3, 5, 11, 31 and back to 13 stuff as the interconnection values of the grey lump. Oh, and rock.
Movies
Serpico, Groundhog day, Happiness, Momento, Together, The Idiots, Festen, The man without a past, Dog day afternoon, Aliens, Fargo, Cruising,Being John Malkovic,Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, True Romance, Man on the moon, etc.
Television
Documentaries about nature, war, science. Also, and I can't get enough of this, clip shows of animals doing funny things and people who shouldn't eat so much falling off rope swings into rivers and people falling out of trees and landing on their arse and generally people looking bloody ridiculous. I'm lapping it up. Oh, and news analysis programmes about international politics and our unstoppable cruelty to one another, miserable as it may sound. These are the things which make me laugh and grimace.
Books
Vonnegut, Banks, Amis, biogs, Science, Remarque, Crais, Popular thrillers / spy and, tediously, some intellectual stuff like Kafka, Satre, Camus, Nabakov and that one where the cat wears glasses and works for the devil.
Heroes
JTW & prime numbers.

About me: I, like all of us, am intricately and inextricably connected with all things. I am God and so are you.
Who I'd like to meet: The sort of people I like are gentle and kind, interested in quantum physics, cheap wine, poetry, dancing and are slightly anxious.
The visa conundrum is resolved but I still can't get to London for the time being...a couple of weeks of the white nights of Finland coming up thank goodness, for the first time in two years!
Midsummer day in Qatar: temperature outside at 5 to 8 pm is 42 centigrades.
How nice it would be to sit under a tree in scuzzy green London grass, having to get drunk quickly to keep from feeling cold in the very possible drizzle...
Oh well, another time. My regards to anyone I know and what the heck, even those I don't.
