The short-come legacy of One Time Ticket is companionship of friends guiding each other through their confusion of a called music. One Time Ticket is from the small town of Orillia, Ontario. The driving force behind One Time Ticket’s success is their initiative and persistence; low points rarely occur in their performance life because of their determination to always push themselves further as a band. In less than a year OTT has compiled a vast selection of music. The band formed at the age of 15 in November of 2006.For Christmas One Time Ticket was given recording time for one song at The Bluebox Studios. This has lead to the more recording and the release of their first demo CD- Sarah. One Time Ticket is currently working very hard writing and recording for their full length album which is to be released this summer.One Time Ticket wanted a name that meant something to them. They took a look at their premature views on the music industry and decided that ultimately it was about chance. In order to make it, there must be a sacrifice of other important things in life for just a shot in the industry. They decided that truly if they were to dedicate themselves to the business, they would almost need a one-time ticket. Right now I'm preparing to start recording my first album which I start in September! I really can't wait and I hope you guys can become some of my first fans. Nice job on the new song guys! It reminds me of a song by Christine Evans called Broken Promises because the tune sounds similar to me. You guys are awsome! By the way, I'm really excited to tell you that my music taste is totally different now. I do still love Hilary Duff and Miley Cyrus, but when school starts again I'm a whole new rocker! Since I start recording my album in September you're definetly going to want to hear it! The sound is going to be a lot edgier and I'm looking up to artists like Avril Lavigne, Skye Sweetnam and Evanescence for inspiration. I'm even going to dye my hair brown when school starts! So basically I'm a whole new singer and you won't be hearing any Hilary Duff or Hannah Montana at school next year. You better get your shit together aswell if you're goona want to hear any of my stuff! LOL Also, just to let you know, I'm doing gigs now at the Grape and Olive every Thursday night. If you guys need an opening act for any of your gigs just ring me up or message me.
