Rites of Spring (ROS Inc.), is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to increase awareness of--and raise much needed money for--organizations that educate to prevent the spread of HIV or that provide assistance to the men, women, and children in our community living with HIV & AIDS.
Our fund-raising is focused on bringing Birmingham's gay community together with other communities at social functions throughout the year. For the past 13 years, ROS has hosted its Spring Party at the Historic Sloss Furnaces in Downtown Birmingham. The space beneath the Old Iron Pouring Shed provides the perfect open-air venue for socializing while enjoying the dance music of nationally known DJs.
