ONE TO MIDNIGHT is a 5-piece mainstream Rock Band that's been together 14 years. Although versatile and comfortable in the studio, OTM truly comes alive on stage. John Jed's Solid vocals and Cool Hand Luke's muscular guitar are ONE TO MIDNIGHT’s trademark. Their beautiful melodies and reflective lyrics will stay tattooed on your mind after the first listen.


JOHN JED

John Jed born in Kingston ontario of a Polish father and Canadian mother, he started singing at 4. Moving back and forth between Ontario and Quebec, he joined his first band at age 15 in Sherbrooke. He then returned to Toronto where he put together a cover band which toured the Ontario bar scene. John then decided to pursue his studies in Montreal where he met Luke. When he told Luke he was a singer and song writer and asked Luke if he new a band. Luke simply answered " well there is me". And they have been rocking together since that moment!

COOL HAND LUKE

Luke born and raised in Montreal, was exposed to music by his mother, a classical singer. He started playing guitar at age 11 and joined his first band at 12. Soon after, he began writing and composing. He met John in school in 1986 when John asked him if there was a band he could join and Luke simply answered well, there's me!!Together they founded a band in 1988, recruiting a guitarist and a drummer (Luke was playing bass). The foursome played their mix of rock covers and originals for the following two years on the Montreal bar scene. After the group's separation in 1990, Luke and John concentrated on their song writing, working with a 4-track machine. JOHNNY T

Johnny T was born in Montreal, growing up his family always enjoyed music and singing, so he began playing guitar at the young age of 13. It is at the age of 16 that he decides to try bass and join the Rock band The Rivals. The following year at the young age of 17, the band wins The Battle of the bands at the Montreal Spectrum and Johnny T eventually meets John Jed and became the final member of One to midnight.

DJ POWER SURGE!

DJ was born in Montreal and raised in Chateauguay, he started playing piano on his mother's lap at 3. He developed a strong musical ear over the years. He later started "Djing" in various dance clubs and remixing dance songs with his keyboards. DJ and John met in 1993 through work and started talking music when DJ showed up at work with a trophy he had won at a Djing contest the night before. John then introduced him to Luke and he's been rock'n'rolling' with them every since. !

RICK LEE

Rick Lee born of an Australian father and Canadian mother, Rick Lee grew up on the south shore (near Montreal). At 12 he was in the Army cadets when he started playing drum. He then bought a full drum kit and put together a KISS tribute band. He later linked up with Rated R, a top 40 cover band that toured in Canadian Club circuit for a few years. Subsequently, he was recruited by Splitting Seams an all-original band, with whom he recorded a mini album and two videos. After meeting John and Luke through a mutual friend he joined One to midnight.
