Who am I? Why is this site here? My name, as you might have gathered, is Christy and I'm a writer/webmaster/drummer/e-commerce type chick with a slightly wacky sense of humor and a bit of an attitude. I'm currently nearing 30 and have a handful of focuses:
I am my mother's primary caregiver as she battles ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease)
I proudly hold the title of "World's Greatest Aunt." Try and prove me wrong, my niece will never believe you.
I write songs I really wish someone else would sing.
I am Mom to two big mutts and three wildly different cats.

Most of my life right now revolves around my mom and trying to destroy, eradicate, DISMEMBER the disease she's fighting. I'm recording some of my experiences at ALSCaregiver.com in the hopes that they can be of assistance to someone else.
