Meditating...Sit in a comfortable environment..Close your eyes and let thoughts and emotions pass by....don't try to relax, just sit and exist...focus on your breathing, inhaling and exhaling....after a few minutes begin to visualize the world as peaceful and harmonious...get creative with your ideas of world peace....if you need help, read the section in the "i'd like to meet" section of my profile or my blog "thank you the time is now" to give you ideas.....the intention is to shift the world into peace.....intention, visualization and focus are very important for meditation....thank you for your time and energy.....
