| About Only Blood |
About a year ago Russ Attitude (Taken Under) and Brett Warfare (Gorilla Warfare) had talked about doing a studio band. Of course this idea sat on the shelf... till now, Dec 2007 Only Blood was born.
Our only goal is to just have a good time and write some really good, heavy old school hardcore pulling elements from punk, thrash & oi.
Our musical influences cover a pretty broad spectrum and range from anything as heavy as Blood For Blood or Agnostic Front to fast paced punk like Pennywise or H2O to thrash like S.O.D. or D.R.I. to OI! bands like Cocksparrer & Discipline. So keep your ears open, it will be interesting to see what kind of music comes out of this collaboration.
As of now the next few months we'll write and record a small 4 song demo and have that ready by late Feb early March. Our goal is to be ready to play our first show on April 13th with Pride Kills.
Other than that, who knows, keep checking back for more info & we'll see what happens!
