The name 'Onslaught' rings in the ears of many old school thrash fans - the band's thundering debut 'Power from Hell' has been assaulting the eardrums of metal fans for 23 years now, with the album's successors continuing to pummel listeners with their rapid-fire intensity and ferocity. Onslaught were - and still are - without doubt one of the most, talented, vicious and punishing bands to ever emerge from the UK thrash scene.
The Devil's Legion was founded by Bloodbrawl mainman Dave Ingram to pay homage to the almighty Onslaught and their legacy, whilst at the same time having some fun and giving the new generation of thrash some much needed promotion in the process. The band themselves have acknowledged and praised this record as an honour, and we intend to do these classics justice by giving them a new lease of life. Let there be death!
