Here I am. Another page on the internet, another number to add to your list. Love me or hate me, either way you take me as I am. The only person I change for is myself. If I am just another number to you then don't bother adding me, I like people on my 'friend' list to actually talk to me thanks.
Despite lack of height, standing at only 5 feet and 1.8 inches heigh, I act like i'm taller. Mainly because in a metaphorical sense I am actually taller than most people I know. Why? Because i'm strong-willed, follow my heart and speak my mind. I'm not one of those girls who aspire to be sickly skinny and bleached blonde with nothing to their name except for a bottle of cheap perfume and a pair of knock-off chanel sunnies. I'm me, and I choose not to be a walking demographic.
I haven't had a bad life. I'm an only child, so I pretty much get everything I need to live comfortably. The only downsider is I had cancer when I was four. When I look back on it, I realize how it's shaped me into the young woman I am today. I'm more passionate about life, I know not to throw it away on petty things just to look 'cool'. I believe in bettering myself and working hard so I get somewhere in life. Ask questions about it if you want, I really don't mind chatting about it.
I've always wanted to help others in some way. I seem to be a magnet for troubled people. They come to me for advice. I've never thought of anyone as a lost cause, I try to help those who want it. I like giving advice, it's up to the listener whether they follow it or not. I'm an honest person and i'll say what I feel, even to my friends. The truth can really hurt sometimes, but people need to hear it.
My friends mean the world to me, and i'm not just saying that to add some cliché either. I know my true friends will always be there for me. They know who they are and I love them all to bits. I don't see the point of hating people when they've done nothing to you and vice versa. Hate and jealousy are pointless emotions, because deep down we all know they get you nowhere in life.
I wish everyone could just be themselves rather than carbon copies of celebrities. Sure, we all have celebrities we look up to and admire, but trying to be exactly like them is just weird. We're different for a reason. I don't try and be something i'm not. I'm just myself, perceive me as you will. I don't do things to be part of the crowd. I don't smoke or do drugs, i'm digusted by such things. I rarely drink, only now and then or sometimes i'll have the odd glass of peach schnapps. My dad said i'm more likely to be a wine drinker when i'm older, sitting home with a glass of red wine and a box of chocolates like in those glamorous old movies.
I plan on studying Psychology at University. My curiosity is piqued by how the mind works and human behaviour. I like a challenge. I also like trying to understand people, most of the time I can too.
I have an unhealthy Kingdom Hearts obsession and a greta love for Axel, Roxas and Demyx. I like AkuRoku and SoRiku way too much. I watch Code Geass and Ouran High School Host Club. Reading is a form of escapism for me. Call me a nerd but I love Harry Potter, Twilight and the Marked series. Chuck Palahniuk is a genius, I love reading his works. I like books that have other worlds to them, with magic and strange creatures. I have a very active imagination. I am Peter Pan, watch me never grow up.
I listen to lots of music as you will tell from my playlist. I mainly listen to rock / metal / screamo and electronic. If you're a band, add me. I love listening to new music and im always downloading new tracks. I like pretty much everything, except country, rap and Bring Me The Horizon, cos they suck (:
