About me: Who am I? Wouldn’t you like to know but I’m not telling everything here! If you know Brian and I call you “friend” it’s not something you have to ask. My heart is almost as big as the celestial moon when it comes to my family. However, I can be very confusing to someone who doesn’t take the time to understand my idiosyncrasies. [Note] You’re not the superficial people I want to meet anyhow if you subscribe to the sentence above because life is too darn short. I have been called a divergence of powerful emotions or a person afflicted with an acute wanderlust. You could often perceive this as being a very hard individual hopefully not aloof in serious conversations. I love to be the life of a party; an extreme extrovert by nature. To partake in this gift I swallow with a greed often unsurpassed to this day. I would rather choke on a rather large chunk of my existence than stand on the sidelines twiddling my thumbs.
To get lost on the marble we call Earth fascinates me to no end. Meeting people of culture keeps my mind agile more than any drug known to mankind. I have a deep faith in humanity and hope it will someday prevail over the wickedness that surrounds these times. I walk this road that I have been blessed with as an observant dreamer. I love nothing more than English words twisted in an unusual way and images that display a fraction of the world’s beauty. These should all scream “This is what I see in life and indeed it’s grand.”
I would often describe the fierceness in my common man veins as my reptilian mind revolting in its subjugation. Tasting fresh blood from a well landed punch or a bruised muscle in my leg lets me know that I’m just that [man]. What else can I say about being common? That the yoke I wear is getting really scratchy after pulling thirty nine years. What can I teach and whose student am I? To what disciplines do I subscribe and are they worthy to say the least. Confusing as these words might sound they will never sound this way again or resonate in my understanding of the ever evolving journey. I don’t know what I will make myself into in the years to come. I realize that I am still fluid and adaptive as I age. Although, I also want to note my foundation and a few cornerstones that will never yield. So don’t even bother trying to change the direction of a raging river. So with that being said “If your river runs crooked and your light is pure it’s nice to meet you.”
