Cake's 'War Pigs'

Cellar Door Films is made up of a group of film-makers working in the North East of England, making Films since 200.

Independantly, we are made up of directors, producers, editors, sound recordists, designers, special effects creatives, DOPs, and much more.

Cellar Door have made 2 independent short films. The first, 'Oceanic', is a dark, Cronenburg-esque horror set ontop a lonely clifftop and follows the main characters battle with his past and consciousness. It has so far been screened at 3 festivals Internationally.

Then second film is 'The Last Temptation of Jeff' - a medieval farce about a barbarian who tries to give up slaying. It was made as part of the Northern 48 hour Film Challenge 2006, and is very silly indeed.

Both Films can be viewed on the Cellar Door video player. Also on there is 'The Dud Samaritan', one of Cellar Doors earlier films (produced in co-orporation with Northumbria University at Newcastle).

Check back for other old Cellar Door Films!

Why not find out more about the world famous Dave The Happy Singer, composer of the greatest barbarian rock'n'roll song ever!

Just stopping by to show your page a bit of long overdue love! - I've been busy filming all year. I don't think my feet have touched the ground so far in 2008!

This is a little short I did this year, if you get the chance have a look and let me know what you think.

Hope all is going well for you and you're keeping busy, here's to a successful rest of the year!

Dear Cellar Door Films,

If I may be so bold as to draw your attention once again to this impending live music event..

Furthermore it pleases me to remind you that the day following the event is a bank holiday. Should you wish to partake of a light beverage, then there should be little cause to bemoan the consequences in the morning.

Farewell once again,
As always your most humble and loyal myspace companion,

Ok so after school today john was showing off a bunch of new ringtones he had and I was making fun of him for wasting money on them, then he told me about this site that has them for free! He got like 25 ringtones, then they ask if you want to sign up for monthly service and he said no and didnt get charged! They have all the hottest songs, I think its a glitch in their site that isnt charging so you better act fast!

Click the Image above to get your 25 free hot tones!

Hi Cellar Door Films

Wanted to say hi, Happy Easter and let you know that my Film School by Phone series continues with part 3 (Pre-Production) on April 17th at 7:00pm PDT

Part 3 of my 8 part series I will be talking about shooting your own film (short, indy or trailer). This series will cover all aspects, including the pitfalls (an extreme importance) of pre-productiion, production workflow, post production including DVD authoring and marketing your film (including the internet). This call will focus on a successful pre-production. Did I mention that this class is free.

Click here for more info about Film School by Phone.

These calls are a great networking opportunity for the experienced pro too. Have a great day!!

Lennie
