The Epstein consortium was founded in 2007 with the purpose of defining, promoting and continuously evolving the Epstein product. It is an independent, non-profit voluntary organisation purposely designed to both protect its members and educate non-members.
The core membership – the Epsortium – is small indeed. A wider membership, the friends of this site – called Epsteiners – must actively and enthusiastically promote the Epstein project. An awards ceremony – the Eppys – is held monthly to congratulate the hardest working Epsteiner.
The Presidency of the consortium - informally known as the Epsovereign - is shared around the Epsortium and changes roughly every few months. The current President is the first in the friends list.
The Epsortium hope to provide interactive platforms aimed at facilitating the Epsteinal education process.
The myspace site is created through a system of open publishing: anyone, or rather any Epsteiner, can leave comments through an openly accessible web interface. It is through this inclusive approach we hope everyone feels accomplished and have a little bit of Epstein in them.
At the heart of the Operation is a desire to create a better world by the friendship of Epstein. The Epsortium value their hard-earned reputation for quality, for high standards and for pedagogical leadership. They achieve their goals by working with the Epsteiners and by actively involving the web community at large. The Epsortium promote interepsteinal understanding and respect, not as an alternative to a sense of cultural and national identity, but as an essential part of life in the 21st century.
Members wising to be considered for the Epsortium must request so in an email to the Epsovereign. It shall be then put to the Epsteiners to vote.

Waterstones do occassionaly arrange book signings for well-known celebrities, however these celebrities will nearly always be signing a book written by or about themselves.
Our records do not show Mr Brian Epstein (Cox) has written any published articles, and therefore, we do not believe it prudent to arrange the extra security needed for him to sign (in your words) "just any book will do..."
