About Opticon

We are a band from the Pocono Mountains in Pennsylvania. Formed in 2009 basically as a group of best friends who incorporate all of our musical influences into one sound.

Members of Suicide Eyes, Pearl Heart, A Burden Called Aimara, Before Night Falls, Broken Hands, Stand A Chance and Life And Limb. Smoke mad doom, sit back and enjoy the tunes.

Our goal?
To write songs that will invoke the following:

a.) intense headbanging, inducing whiplash
b.) first person shooter video game playing
c.) hotboxing
