About me:

Some consistent things I notice about myself: I am a very jovial person and have no qualms about enjoying a good lazy day. I have lots of intuition, imagination and ideas. I am both sensual and spiritual; there is a time and place for everything under the sun. Mysticism and magick are two important pursuits in my life, and I want to have a relationship with someone who can support that. I have lived throughout the West Coast, and have favorite spots in several states. I am romantic and love to tease and flirt.

I have strong faith in Truth and Justice, and although the world is full of beautiful and wonderful things, I am concerned about the things being perpetrated in it. I participate in life and these times without getting wrapped up in it. I set high standards for myself - I'm a "red pill" kind of guy. I am unpredictable and certainly never boring.

I believe in people and show them the beauty they have inside and the potential within them. I am versatile and willing to try almost anything, but I do not let people use me as a doormat. I love adventure. My friends, beauty, and the good in my life make things worth it to me - to quote a good musician, "the only things worth living for are innocence and magic - Amen".

"But on this most auspicious of nights, permit me then, in lieu of the more commonplace sobriquet, to suggest the character of this dramatis persona. Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is a vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin van-guarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose, so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V."

"Are you like a crazy person?"

"I am quite sure they will say so."

Who I'd like to meet:

I like to meet people with a positive outlook on life. I usually pass on dolorous ravens of gloom or naive Pollyannas. I appreciate people who can see both sides of the story - whether its their stories, the story of the world, or the stories of other people. My favorite kind of people are aware of the poor state of the world and our country, but nonetheless manage to face the challenges of life with grace, dignity and responsibility, while still maintaining a positive attitude. They take time to enjoy the good things in life and to let their loved ones know how much they care for them. I call these people "Optimystics". I've seen the term used whimsically in several places for many years.
