Orbita Live es una fusion de ritmos latinos mezclada con reggae, ska, punk, electronica, funk, tropical, dance hall y vallenato, con influencias desde Rabanes,Ozomatli, Fabulosos Cadillacs, Cafe Tacuba, Manu Chao,Pericos y Santana entre otros . En el 2002 se inicia esta agrupacion tocando en clubs, universidades y en fiestas privadas , con una aceptacion muy positiva del publico. Orbita Live ha compartido tarima con artistas como LOS PERICOS , VILMA PALMA ,TRANZAS, CAFE TACUBA, CIRCO, PEDRO SUARES VERTIZ NITRO MESTRE, OCTAVIA y Los Iracundos . "Orbita Live es una banda con un estilo nuevo y fresco al que no hay que perder de oidos ni de vista tampoco , la musica latina no tiene limites ni barreras, Son muros que hay que derribar y tratar de exponer nuestra musica hacia lugares donde nunca se ha explorado." “Orbita” lo integran: DJ Jova NNe (alias “Cevichero Vakam” de Guayaquil, Ecuador), Mangu 4 (de Republica Dominicana) & Jose Manzano (Alias: "Dr Mazorca" de Cali, Colombia) todos residentes de New Jersey & Queens, NY, un grupo de musica fusion mezclada con reggae, ska, punk,electronica, funk, tropical,dance hall, con influencias desde: Rabanes,Ozomatli, Fabulosos Cadillacs, Cafe Tacuba, Manu Chao, Pericos, Santana, ect. Orbita" ha sido una banda que ha estado activa desde que se formo en el 2002 tocando shows en vivo, en clubes, universidades, fiestas privadas, ect en el area tri-estatal de New Jersey, New York & CT con una respuesta muy positiva del publico. En este momento "Orbita” se encuentra terminando su proximo CD que saldra este verano del 2010!!)

Orbita is without a doubt one of New Jersey’s most exciting up-and-coming Latin Rock bands. Their influences run the gamut from multilingual, classic artists like Manu Chão, to punk/reggae/ska acts like Sublime and Los Rabanes, all the way to modern Latin favorite Café Tacuba. Traces of all these artists can be found in Orbita’s energetic brand of rock music. As for Orbita’s members, they share a variety of Latino backgrounds, hailing from Venezuela, the Dominican Republic, and Ecuador, as well as the Garden State itself.

Vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Gio tells us that the band has been playing “a lot over the last seven years, places like B.B. King, festivals, benefit concerts, college shows, and private parties everywhere in the tri-state area. We’re currently concentrating on the album and preparing new songs for next year.”
