I'm a sound engineer/producer kinna guy working In Glasgow. I run my own setup PSYGNOTE RECORDING and I also do live work for Grind Dog promotions. I play guitar in a band called Burning Earth which is always fun.
Unashamedly heavy metal and always will be but I also appriciate the softer things in life. Sarcastic, neurotic, mysoginistic, secritive and paranoid but I have a bad side as well! Very loyal to the few people who I consider real friends. I tend to keep within the bounderies of moral constraint but at the same time I generally do what I want.
Love booze, animals, dragons, swords, films, Swayze do's and good scran.
I like working out on a daily basis (not that you can tell!) a little regular work goes a long way but the weekends are the weekends! ;) I also like watching films, looking up daft stuff on the internet, cycling, reading and all that glorious non-metal chang!
Really into nutrition and stuff, cos I totally beleve you are what you eat so I like to know what's going in my mouth and I like to know all the lies that we're being told about food as well.
