Since their formation in 1999 ORCA have released several singles & EP's through various UK based independant labels, as well as had an MTV rotation listed video for the song "PUNCHLINE".
They have toured the UK and played countless shows with some of the finest acts to have emerged from the UK rock scene over the last ten years.
After several years of line up changes and promises of more recorded output, ORCA finally began working on a new album late in 2008'.
These sessions are the culmination of around two years of writing and experimenting with different sounds and styles. The demos that have been posted on myspace over this period have provided the band with a foundation to evlove the songs as the writing process has shaped the tone and pace that the album will adopt.
The album titled "PANIC PANORAMIC "is due to be finished late in 2008', with the release date set for early 2009, this will hopefully be followed up with shows throughout the year so please keep checking in!

A-Star recording studios is a new recording studio that has opened in the heart of Devonport to give people of all ages a chance to express themselves through their music. We are a youth based organisation, so there will be a small fee for over 19’s. The studio is fully kitted out with everything you need to make music including:-
