Sounds Like
As one reviewer put it..."Sounds like Motorhead, The Dead Milkmen, The Circle Jerks, and Fischerspooner..."
Progressive punk (def.) progressive music is music that is often times complex and emotive, cultivated from an intellectual standpoint with odd time changes and a penchant for the 7/8 time signature, where punk (def.) is often times referred to as cultural urban blues, fast-paced raucous music blatantly exposing the untruths of our turbulent society (worldwide in all cultures), and happens to be a genre that is often adorned with realistic imagery. Prog punk is something that has been explored and adopted by Burning Ohio. For the most part, it is as confusing as it sounds, but in our minds eye, the concept and the soundscapes make perfect sense.
