Ordre du Temple is an epic medieval project created by Count David (Eneth, Dolcinian, Fourth Monarchy, L.S.N.) in 2003. The music of L.D.T. is a mixture of different epic black metal stiles, with a medieval -ambient touch.
The first production of L'Ordre du Temple is a split cd with Ringwraith and Teuta. In this little composition, subdivided in three chapters, L.D.T. contains his individual journey through the philosophy, the magic and the esoteric doctrine of three different people, as Heinrich Cornelius Agrippa von Nettesheim, Giordano Bruno da Nola and John Dee, all pooled by the Holy Inquisition’s persecution.
After this split, produced by Militia Templi Records, Count David signed with a new label: My Funeral Records, that produced the first full lenght: In Hoc Signo Vinces in digibook A5 format.
War Flagellation Productions, an underground label from Portugal, has produced In Hoc Signo Vinces in tape format.
