There are many beautiful things that can be said about this land which stretches its arms from northern california to southern oregon, but beyond all words is the ever pervasive feeling of one love, one earth, one family. It's pretty easy to get trapped in the hills and valleys, forever content with truly discovering heaven on earth....Somewhere around the year 2004, the winds of mystery were carrying spirits from all over the united states and gathering them in what's commonly reffered to as "THE STATE OF JEFFERSON". at that time Frankie had just begun playing with THe T CLUB along with Matthew, Andy was fronting Right by Chance, and Alcyon was embarking on the musical project that has since become Organik Time Machine. As with all the local bands in southern oregon, we quickly all became friends. As time went on, Matthew became Frankie's drummer and started The Frankie Hernandez Band. Shortly after, Alcyon left OTM and began producing hip hop/ reggae under the name Alcyon Massive. In April 2006, Jackson Creek Pizza invited Frankie, Andy, and Alcyon to host their weekly open mics on thursdays. Once in a while Matthew would bring a stripped down kit onstage and when the moon was right, we'd have one hell of a family jam!! Everytime we finished there was a moment when we'd be like, "man that'd be fun to do all the time!"...So, somewhere in late 2007 Andy and his guitar joined the Frankie Hernandez Band, Alcyon was waiting tables, and Anthony "Cricket" was fronting his band Second Nature. At that point it was only a matter of time! On July 4th, 2008, Frankie announced the birth of Oregon Transplant. We don't know what exactly is going to happen, but we know it's gonna be big!!! REAL BIG!!!
