About me: Hey! Thanks for checking out our page. Oregon YouthLine (1-877-553-TEEN) is a free and confidential youth crisis line offering support to teens struggling with issues like drug and alcohol abuse, eating disorders, family and relationship problems, depression, suicidal thoughts, and other tough stuff. Teen volunteers are here to take your call from 4-10pm Monday-Friday, while adults answer during all other hours, making YouthLine available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We are here to listen, help you explore solutions to problems you or your friends face, and can provide referrals to resources across Oregon. We have numbers and addresses to many organizations all throughout the state, from rehab and ALAteen to homeless shelters for youth...
As an advocate for many years I try to bring awareness of the issues that the youth in our country have to face. I've done this through my speaking engagements and now my book Runaway. I'm so happy to befriend others who share the same concerns and make efforts towards helping young adults as I do.
Thanks for the add! Fight the Stigma is committed to fighting the stigmas of mental illness and other related topics through the sharing of stories and experiences.
Hope you’ll join us Friday April 18th at the Sexual Minority Youth Resource Center!
Athens Boys Choir is releasing a new music video during this benefit for SMYRC! Free for SMYRC youth, a STEAL at $5 for the public! Athens Boys Choir can be found at http://www. myspace. com/athensboyschoir
