emo folk death metal and the sound a cribbage board makes
Organized Chaos was formed in late March 2005 after Matt and Drew met at a local show in Acton, Ontario. Matt, coming from a previous band, and Drew, who was new to the area, decided to jam in Matt’s basement, just outside of town. Acton being the small, working class town it was, made finding a guitar player rather difficult, until Drew introduced Donnie Hopper to the band. Jamming continued into the next month with Organized Chaos’ first show being held at a charity Cancer event at the local highschool in April 2005.
After about 4 months of playing local shows in and around everywhere in South-Central Ontario, it was thought that the group needed a second guitar. Matt then introduced old school-mate Kyle, who played with the group as rhythem guitar until Donnie was removed from the band a month or so later, pushing Kyle to lead guitar.
In the winter of 2006, Kyle was removed from the band over some personal problems. After some searching, we signed on Captian Rob on bass, moving Drew over to Guitar. We continue to play as a 3-piece.
The band continues to tour and have massive drinking contests with punks and skins all across Onterrible. On tour with great DIY bands such as The Stiff Wires, Corporation and others, we continue to raise hell and smash some heads along the way! Cheers, Beers and Bloody Ears, Here's: ORGANIZED CHAOS!
