This October, celebrate the Halloween season in fear. Visit America's greatest haunted house: The Original Hollywood Horror Show. No other haunted house compares.
The show is brought to you by Emmy award winning film-makers and make-up artists Dean and Starr Jones. Now in its seventeenth season, this event has brought sheer terror and chilling tingles to tens of thousands of visitors from all over the country. The Original Hollywood Horror Show is brought to you in bone chilling detail. designed to give the audience the graphic realism of a Hollywood movie. Stroll through a ghostly graveyard and experience the spine tingling horror of a decaying corpse crawling at your feet. Go inside a prison chamber and witness the electrocution of a madman. Tour through the cobweb-shrouded tomb of an ancient mummy. No matter what terrifies you, The Original Hollywood Horror Show will prove to be an experience you wont forget. Seeing is believing at one of the nations premier haunted houses. The difference is the experience.
In 1989 Dean and Starr conceived the idea of creating an event that would allow their hometown to celebrate Halloween Hollywood style: A chance to see in person what most film goers only witness on the big screen, The concept was to create a safe but frightful environment for all agesto let people laugh at themselves for being afraid of things that go bump in the night. The show is produced as a professional event, complete with makeup and special effects. There are guides to walk patrons through the facility, and there is no physical contact from the actors.
Actual pre-production begins in July. Planning begins a year out from the next season. A staff of over 50 actors and crew is required to operate the show. There is a concession stand with museum quality movie props and hundreds of photos of the film and television stars the Jones Brothers have worked with. With a show of this caliber its easy to understand why The Original Hollywood Horror Show is America's Greatest Haunted House!
