Shammy Leather & Original Beekeepers

Bio:

The Original Beekeepers are primarily Tom, Steve and Ash and have been around since 1984 in one form or another, originally performing as Shammy Leather. (For more details on Shammy Leather please see www.shammyleather or mypace.com/shammyleather). With a huge mountain of various CDs we have stockpiled nearly 500 home recordings. We have recently appeared on a couple of Asaurus Records compilations and our last album "Music For Barges" came out on the UK cassette-only label Victory Garden Records, as well as our own ShamTapes. Eccentric and off-kilter, our new CD "International Kite Flying Festival" will be released in the early summer of 2006.
