About me: The Common Ground Resturaunt was established in 1971 &
Became a worker owned-collective in 1977. We exist today
due to the effort and dedication of hundreds of past workers, owners, musicians, friends, and customers. The Common Ground is a collectively run cooperative. All members share in the resposibilities & benefits of running a resturaunt. We are commited to the support of regional, organic agriculture and local cottage industries. In cooperation with the environment, we compost & recycle extensively.
After a five year grace period, Brattleboro welcomes the return of their own community-run, worker-owned collective.
We're Back.

Happy Birthday Common Ground! So many good times we've spent there - some jamming, some eating, some dancing, some communing or talking - but all good - stay alive!
Hey CG!
You were my first job in Vermont! What an amazing time that was - I still have some great friends from the CG family.
And, I played my first-ever concert in the big room, a zillion years ago. Eek - I still remember how nervous I was.
Great to see you back up and running - we NEED you!! Bravo!
