Original Nines is a new company to the New England area that produces superior quality sound track music at competitive rates. We provide an extensive consultation service to
directors, producers, video production companies, and music studios to facilitate the
successful completion of any project! Our products include fully composed and produced original compositions, such as soundtracks; before or after editing with full protools engineering, adaptations of other works, stylistic imitations, sample banks for any use, and song tracks for vocal artists of any style.....
Original Nines adds emotional depth to every project be it our imagination or by ensuring thorough, and continuous consultation with the creative leaders of each project, thus creating a lasting impression through the heightened emotional experience for the audience. The head artist and composer of original nines, Sam Zimmerman, has extensive experience in the music industry, from his classical training and orchestral performing to playing in jazz, reggae and inde rock bands. He is currently the bass player and joint composer of “shangoaxe” and “the weatherman”.

I am the most happy and excited working with any type of musical engineering from Recording, Live Sound, Playing, DJ, to composing original music.
I am very focused and determined to produce the best product possible with my constant hunger for knowledge about this subject.
This makes me a very dependable person to count on even in a pickle I am on call, and very professional about meeting the needs of the musicians and the establishment.
I have been performing orchestral music since i was in elementary school, playing the double bass for 15 years now and have noticed that it has tuned my skills, pitch and learning curve in to a dramatic advantage!
Recently i have been working with protools in my home studio for 4 years and have studied under numerous engineers for my lust of music, produced 4 albums including my own band (Shango Axe) which has had great success in the reggae circuit, and been working as a sound engineer for a few different clubs for 2 years which has me constantly learning about how to work with different styles of music and people!
