About me:
Welcome, im studying sound production and computer engineering, im an easy going peace loving scottish guy, dont follow football, not racist, not homophobic, not religious, ive had loads of very different jobs as you will see from the list down the left hand side of this page. i like going nights out usually in glasgow, but have been to many cities and towns around the UK and Canary Islands as it was once in my line of work.. I do a bit of web design and recently built sites for Daisychain Associates which is a performing arts charity that produces short theatrical plays which focus on Scotlands drug and alcohol problems and the affect they have on family members, I also built my own sites which you can visit from the links belowIve been producing my own dance music under the alias 'Orillasound' which is currently streaming over the web (downloads available) and i recently done my first live set of tunes with the guys from AUDIO ICE CREAM, I used this gig to launch my first vocal collaboration with the fantastic ELAINE SUZY SCOTT which went down a storm on the dancefloor at THE RESEARCH CLUB
where AUDIO ICE CREAM host their monthly funked up get togethers.....ive been playing drums with a new rock band called DEADBEAT AUDIO for the last 8 months, I just uploaded some new songs we have been working on which were recorded in the rehearsal rooms at Riverside Studios in Busby, so come have a listen...I completed a music business and technology course at the Scottish Music Centre in Glasgow with some good tutoring on the music industry from SACE who is a wealth of knowledge in the industry and great advice and support from co-ordinator Sarah MacNulty...Ive just finished my HNC in Sound Production based at Riverside Music Complex where i also rehearse with the band, and also where im doing my HND after the summer break, so watch out, my music and delivery of it will start taking new directions, in the meantime come tune in, leave me feedback, email me, ask for mp3s, sign my guestbook, all opinions and correspondance are appreciated and drives me towards making better sounds....
