We've been added to the Day of The Doomed Festival June 17th and 18th next year in Kenosha, WI alongside the best doom bands in the nation....The Gates of Slumber, Revelation, Earthen Grave, Pale Divine, Apostle of Solitude, Argus, Sinister Realm, plus tons more.... .... We're still wrapping up the damn "In Doom" 10" record for Miskatonic which should be out by the end of the year. .... Lots of jamming going on....Orodruin has been busy writing new material for our next full length. We have 10+ tracks we plan on recording this winter for our 2nd LP. As soon as we get them recorded we'll start shopping around for a label to put it out. .... We appreciate all the support and patience from our fans over the years and hope to unleash another doom metal album that will crush the masses. .... In Doom,.... Orodruin.. .. .... .. .. ..Orodruin.. is a doom metal band that plays original DOOM METAL under the influence of Trouble, Saint Vitus, early Cathedral, Candlemass, Pentagram, and Witchfinder General. The band was founded by guitarist John Gallo in 1998 alongside friends Mike Puleo(vocals and bass) and Nick Tydelski(guitar). Their first demo was released in 1999. In 2001 they recruited Mike Waske on drums and recorded their debut album, "Epicurean Mass", which was officially released on Austrian label psycheDOOMelic Records in 2003. The album received great enthusiastic feedback within the doom metal scene and quickly landed them a spot on the US Doomination tour alongside Mourning Beloveth, and The Prophecy. Later that year they released a split 12" with Reverend Bizarre through Hellride Music. In 2004 they toured Europe with doom metal veterans, Penance, where they premiered at the Doom Shall Rise II festival.
