Orphan Society is a rock band from Zagreb (Croatia). The music we make could be described as alternative rock with the elements of progressiveness. Initially we were a trio, guitarist Ivan also was the main singer, but then he got seriously sick: he almost died from heart failure. Later on he has recovered but he couldn't sing anymore and Josip has become a new frontman, a guy that has brought fresh blood and new ideas! His sturdy singing, Damir's hard beating drum, Ivan's raw guitar and Tonci's dramatic keyboard melodies sound together in a unique way. Although the name of the band is in English, lyrics of almost all songs are in Croatian. Our songs are about broken people and messed up world like this one we all live in! This is all about us, our last words are (will be): Music is (was) our life!
