About 長井オサム

1952年11月23日、山口県山口市で生まれる。
2006年9月より、東京及び神奈川を中心に本格的にライブ活動を開始。
ライブ活動は、Jam House・神奈川県鵠沼、Lantern・渋谷区円山町、
Crocodile・原宿などでライブを行っている。

2006年、処女アルバム　「Back To My Soul」を発表。
2007年、2作目のアルバム　「Fragile]を発表。
2008年、3作目のアルバムを制作中。
アルバムはすべて、親友である前田達也氏がproduce & arrangeを担当している。

2007年3月、Mellow Junk Bandというバンドを結成し、
私がmain vocalを担当し、自分のオリジナルを歌っている。

Mellow Junk Bandのメンバー構成は、
前田達也（guitar/vocal）がバンドマスターとしてアレンジやプロデュースをし、
ドラムにはCharと共演している嶋田吉隆、
ベースには先般復活したもんた＆ブラザーズの渡辺茂、
keyboardには元ツイストで、現Guild9のメンバーである神本宗幸、
サックスには小田和正のバックバンドである
Far East Club Bandのバンドマスター園山光博である。

2008年の私の音楽活動は、一言で、「模索」である。
Mellow Junk Bandによる活動も現在は少し休眠状態であるけれども、
今年は、Mellow Junk Bandのメンバーの人達とも勿論プレーをするけれども、
若いmusicianの人達とも交流を図って、
自分のオリジナルを演奏したいと考えている。

私の音楽の方向性、ゴールはまったく見えないが、
自分のオリジナル作品をどんどんCDとして記録に残し、
ライブで自分を可能な限り表現して行きたい。

今まで一緒に演奏してきたmusicianの人達と暖かい関係を保持しながら、
一方、新しいmusicianとの出会いも楽しみである。
これからも、素晴しい交流もあるだろうと考える。
