osc1 is the brainchild of musician / magician Micke Askernäs. It is whatever I feel like doing for the moment, and is constant changing.
At the beginning the basic idea was that every song, would be based on early 1980's technology, from 1978-1983, and that all songs should me written and recorded under one day.
Since then I've updated the sound a bit .. struggled to find the right mix of synthpop and electro to get it sounding "just right"..
Some sort of album is planned sometime in the future... when I find enough time to record one ...
Time is a luxury which runs out fast. Being pinned inbetween working a normal dayjob, working professionally as a magician, and recording new songs with my "main" band, love|less, it is hard finding time to just sit down and let the thoughts and emotions fly in front of the synths...
