Oscillate was an experimental music club which brought live electronic music to Birmingham between 1992 and 1997 and was run by a collective which included the Higher Intelligence Agency. We welcome as friends on these pages all those who played at Oscillate over these years, as well as all those who came. As this is a bit of an archive site, and a space for Oscillater's to reconnect, please don't join unless you were there. For those who were, feel free to advertise what you are up to now, or to share any stories connected with Oscillate, As for us, some of us are now involved in Modulate (see link below)
