Hello, My name is Oliver S. Hoard from Burlington Iowa. P.O. Box 1021. I am an ordain Born-Again (Holy Spirit filled)Chaplain/Minister of the Lord Jesus Christ.The Lord Jesus Christ gave me the name of The ministry that he allowed me to start. The name of the Ministry is called (The Commission Of Victory Outreach for Christ Ministries) which was founded in 1979 in Carbondale,Illinois by several christians in the surrounding area. It is a non for profit organization for Evangelistic work throughout the world. It's sole purpose is to please Almighty God by bringing forth much fruit into the Kingdom of Heaven. We have committed our lives to reaching over 1 Billion souls for the Kingdom of Heaven through soul winning evangelistical methods. Going into the Highways and Byways and compelling Men and Women and Children to come to Jesus Christ and to escape Judgement of The Lake of Fire. The Lord God has blessed me to travel to hundreds of churches to preach, sing, teach and minister in most of the gifts of the Holy Spirit as The Holy Spirit leads. I have seen many people healed,countless miracles, signs and wonders throughout my ministy. Okay, This is who I would Like to meet.:-). Any Individuals who really desires to Know about God and His Attributes, Likes Love, Light, Life, Faithfulness,etc... Anyone who desires to walk a Righteous and Holy life. Those who are really seeking help to know that God is real. Those who are in need of a miracle from God to fix there lives and they really want God to solve their problems. Those who have fell away from God and need to come back home and need someone to help them get back to God. Those who will help me defend the innocent babies who cry out to God in the wombs to let them live and not die. Yes,I am pro-life. I defend the ones who cannot voice in the world their rights to live for God. I'd like to meet other Ambassadors of the Kingdom of God who will pray for me and my family and help us to reach the Lost all over the world. I'd need the help of others to partner with me to lead the lost to Jesus Christ as cell teams to go all over the world to preach and demonstrate God's words through the miracle working power of God.     Praise the Lord, my beloved saints!!! As we know, this is the year of manifestations! The number 9 is very significant to God because He attached that number to the length of time that a baby is fully developed in the womb. One of the divine attributes of God is that He always finishes that which He has planned. Before Jesus died and bowed His head, He declared that it is finished! This is an eternal cry from the mouth of God. This means that which God has promised to you and already begun in you will be completed and fully developed in 2009. The Bible declares that God watches over the word so that it accomplishes exactly what it was sent out to achieve. Begin to speak it into existence! Speak life for this is the word of God.
