Osmium are a five peice metal band from Dublin. Originating from guitarist's Edgey and Karl after years of gigging, writing and different members we have found the members and music style we had been looking for.
In 2008 wrote and recorded our first EP, "Rise Of Chaos". Playing frequently with upcoming Irish bands under many various promotions we hope to continue and improve as a band and to release much more material.
This year 2009 we are releasing our first full lenght album "Built for the kill", we will be selling and promoting it everywere and hope to set a serious standard to our name........................

Northern Blaze is looking for the best of Irish Death Metal and Grindcore for the upcoming issue#3, due out this August. There will unfortunately be no more room for interviews so please don’t message me about this, but if you HAVEN’T been contacted about an interview you WILL be included in the round-up article. Furthermore, if you would like to be featured on our covermount CD then simply send an mp3 of your band’s favourite track you’ve recorded as an attachment to me at inquisitorodin@yahoo.co.uk. Be wary though, there will be limited space on this CD and a lot of bands hoping to take part so make sure you choose your best song before you send. Also, if you want to improve your chances send recent material, not something from a demo 3 years ago. Northern Blaze is distributed not only in Ireland but all across Europe and North America too so this is a chance for all Irish DM bands young and old to get noticed. Get cracking lads; long live Irish Metal.
